Paneer fried rice

Paneer fried rice
Add a little bit of salt in water and let it boil.

Soak rice for 30 minutes then add in boiling water.
Cover until rice gets cook.

Heat oil in kadahi.
Add chopped ginger,green chilli and stir it.
Now add garlic paste and stir until raw aroma of garlic goes away.

Now add chopped cabbage then

Add chopped onion
Add chopped carrot
Add chopped tomato
Add chopped capsicum
Add peas
Stir until they get cook.

Add salt
Add Kashmiri red chilli powder
Add maggi masala
Add paneer cubes
Add green chilli sauce
Add steamed rice

Add Soya sauce
Add Black e
Add chopped spring onions
Mix it


 



Ingredients

Paneer cubes-200 gram
Basmati rice-1 cup
Chopped onion -1 medium
Chopped capsicum-1 medium
Chopped cabbage-1/4cup
Chopped tomatoes-1 medium
Chopped carrot-1/4 cup
Peas-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli- 2 tablespoon
Chopped ginger-1 tablespoon
Chopped spring onions-3 to 4 tablespoon
Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce-2 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
Maggi masala-2 tablespoon
Soya sauce-11/2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method-
  • Soak rice for 30 minutes
  • Take a pan, add-4 cup water and let it boil then add a little bit of salt. Add soaked rice in it and stir it .
  • Cook until rice get cook .Do not cook too much.
  • Drain it and spread it on the plate.
  • Heat oil in kadahi add chopped ginger and green chillies  and stir it for few second
  • Add garlic paste and stir until raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  • Add chopped cabbage , onion and stir it for a minute.
  • Add chopped carrot, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot,peas stir until they get cook.
  • Further add salt,red chilli powder,maggi masala  and stir it.
  • Add paneer cubes and green chilli sauce, stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Add steamed rice , Soya sauce and mix it.
  • Add black pepper and chopped spring onions and mix it
  • It is ready for serve.

Ingredients-

Moong dal -1 cup
Chopped onion-1 medium size
Chopped capsicum-1medium
Chopped green chillies-2
Chopped tomato-1 medium
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Chopped beetroot -2 to 3 tablespoon
Eno powder -1 tablespoon
Butter as required
Salt as required
Method 

  • Wash moong dal 2 to 3 time through water.
  • Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours  .
  • Drain it from water.
  • Grind it using water.
  • The batter consistency should be neither too thick nor too thin.
  • Add Eno powder and salt mix it.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato,chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Heat a pan add oil then add butter  add 11/2  ladlefull batter,and sprinkle chopped beetroot .
  • Spread it evenly.when they cook and get light golden brown color then flip it .
  • Slit it and add butter  and cook it properly.
  • Serve it with chutney.

Sev tamatar ki sabji


Heat oil in kadahi
Add mustard seed and stir it.
Add cumin seed 
Green chilli
Chopped ginger
Chopped onion
Garlic paste
Chopped tomatoes
Tomatoes puree
Turmeric powder
Salt
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Aamchur powder
Asafoetida powder
Kasoori methi
Water
Stir it
Chopped coriander leaves

Add sev
Mix it


 Ingredients-

Sev-11/2 cup
Mustard seed-1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli-2
Chopped ginger-1/2 tablespoon
Chopped onion -2 medium
Chopped tomato -2 large
Tomato paste -1/2 cup
Garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
Red chili powder-1​/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1​ tablespoon
Cumin powder 11/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder -1 tablespoon
Amchur powder -1/2 tablespoons
Kasuri methi -1/2 tablespoons
black pepper-1/2 tablespoon
Asfoetida (hing) -1 pinch
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil  5-6 tablespoon
Water -as required

METHOD-
  • Heat oil in kadahi.
  • Add mustard seed,cumin seed when they start to  crackle then add green chilli, chopped ginger and stir it.
  • Add chopped onion and saute until it get golden brown then add garlic paste and stir until raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook it properly then add  tomato puree , stir it for one minute.
  •  Add, turmeric powder, salt ,red chilli powder cumin powder, coriander powder black pepper,asfoetida ,amchur powder ,kasuri methi and some amount of water and stir it until oil come out on the side of masala.
  • Further add chopped coriander leaves and stir it .
  •  Add water to make a gravey thin and bring the gravy to a boil.
  • Add sev after turn off gas and mix it.
  • serve it with pudi.
